Guardianships and Conservatorships

Some families unfortunately face great uncertainty when a loved one is no longer able to make decisions as a result of disability or incapacity. Through Guardianships and/or Conservatorships, family members can control the health and financial decisions of a loved one who is unable to make such decisions him/herself.

We advise families on ways to avoid these complex and court-appointed fiduciaries prior to such incapacity, but can assist families when these roles are unexpectedly necessary. While we primarily serve clients in the Atlanta Metro, we can advise and represent families through the Guardianships and Conservatorship process in each of Georgia’s 159 counties.
