Whether a person dies with or without a valid will, often such person’s heirs need specific probate court approval to administer an estate and distribute assets to heirs.

We help families navigate the probate process and represent named Executors or Administrators from opening the estate through closing the estate. Our Estate Administration services include:

• Probating estates with a Last Will and Testament;

• Administration of estates with no Last Will and Testament;

• Petitions for Year’s Support for surviving spouses and minor children; and

• Guardianships and Conservatorships.
